CRM y clientes
Segments
Groups of customers that build themselves from conditions, such as “has an overdue invoice” or “score greater than 50”.
Create a segment
-
Click “New Segment”
In the sidebar, open Customers → Segments.
-
Give it a name
For example, “VIP customers” or “Recent leads”. Add a color and description if you like.
-
Choose how conditions combine
Choose whether customers must match all or any of the conditions.
-
Add conditions
For each condition, choose the field, the comparison (for example, Is, Contains or Greater than) and the value.
-
Review and save
Click “Preview” to see how many customers match, then create the segment.
What you can use in conditions
- Customer data: name, email, phone, city, state, country and whether they have an email or phone.
- Status: whether they're a lead, whether they're blacklisted, their score and creation date.
- Invoices: the status of their invoices (pending, partial, paid, overdue or canceled).
- Grouping: customer tags and lists.
- Conversations: conversation tags.
- CRM: pipeline, stage and status of their deals.
- Your custom fields.
Use a segment
-
Check who's in it
In the segment list click to view its customers.
-
Update the count
Click “Recalculate” to pick up recent changes. You'll see the date of the last calculation.
-
Send them something
Choose the segment as the audience of a bulk email or when you launch a flow.
Important
The customer count is from the last calculation. Recalculate before sending so nobody is left out.
Tip
Ideas to start with: “Late payers” (invoice status is Overdue) and “Hot prospects” (is a lead and score greater than 50).
