AI assistant

Ask in your own words for what you need: who owes you, a payment link, an Excel report or a reminder to your overdue customers.

Before you start

The assistant runs on your business’s OpenAI key. Enter it in Settings › Connected services, on the OpenAI card, and use Test connection. Without a key it can work in trial mode, with usage limits and without reading images or files.

Ask your first question

You can open it from any screen.

  1. Open it

Click AI assistant at the bottom of the sidebar to see it full screen, or use the floating Assistant bubble.
  2. Check the summary

When you start a conversation you see Today in your business: what is overdue, what is due today, broken promises and unanswered chats, with buttons to act.
  3. Type what you need

Type in the “Type what you need…” box or dictate your message. You can attach images and CSV, TXT or JSON files.
  4. Keep the conversation going

Ask for changes as you would with a person: “only those over 30 days”, “send it as a PDF”.

What you can ask

The assistant works with your account data: customers, invoices, payments, payment links, collections, conversations, orders, CRM, calendar and more. Some examples:

  • “Who owes me and how much?”
  • “Create a $1,500 payment link for Ana López for the October fee.”
  • “Send a reminder to overdue customers.”
  • “Give me this month’s collections in Excel.”
  • “Make me a sales report in PDF.”
  • “What do I still need to set up?”

Confirm before it acts

The assistant looks up information without asking, but before doing something that cannot be undone or that reaches your customers, it asks you to confirm.

  1. Read the card

I need your confirmation appears with what it will do: send a WhatsApp or email, record a payment, refund, cancel an invoice, and so on.
  2. Confirm or cancel

Click Confirm or Cancel. If there are several actions, you can use Confirm all.

History, tasks, memory and files

At the top of the assistant you have tabs for:

  • History: your previous conversations. You can search, rename or delete them.
  • Tasks: background jobs and recurring tasks, for example “every Monday at 9:00 send me the collections report”, with the option Email me the result.
  • Prompts: instructions you use often, saved for reuse.
  • Memory: facts about your business the assistant should remember. Type “remember that we give 3 days of grace” or use Add.
  • Files: the reports it generated (PDF, Excel or CSV) to Download. Download links expire after 24 hours.

Tip

Use Memory for your business rules (hours, collection policies, allowed discounts). That way you don’t have to repeat them in every conversation.
