Lead scoring

Give each customer points based on what they do, so you know who to attend to first.

How it works

Each rule says which action counts and how many points it's worth. When the customer takes that action, Recaudo adds (or subtracts) the points. The score shows in the Score column in Customers and on each customer's profile. You start with default rules; if you change them, “Restore defaults” brings them back.

Create a rule

  1. Click “New Rule”

In the sidebar, open Customers → Lead scoring.

  2. Choose the action

Give it a name and choose the event type. If it's a deal stage change, you can choose the target stage.

  3. Set the points

Enter how many points it's worth. Use a negative number to subtract, for example -10.

  4. Set limits (optional)

Maximum per customer: how many times it applies. Cooldown: the minimum hours between applications for the same customer.

  5. Turn it on

Leave the rule active and click “Create Rule”.

Actions you can score

  • Purchase intent: deal won or created, subscription created, payment link paid, invoice paid, appointment completed.
  • Interest: submitted a form, started or replied to a conversation, deal changed stage, payment promise, viewed a payment link, tag added, scanned a QR code.
  • Low interest: opened or clicked an email, logged in to the portal, read a WhatsApp message, visited a page.
  • Negative signals: deal lost, unsubscribed from emails, missed an appointment.

Use the score

  • In Customers, check the Score column to see who's most interested.
  • In Segments, use the Score condition to build groups like “Hot prospects”.
  • In the CRM, lead scoring can be a deal source for your pipeline.

Tip

Add a cooldown to actions that repeat often, like opening an email, so a single customer doesn't inflate their score.
