Dashboard
How your business is doing today: revenue, pending work and shortcuts on a single screen.
What you see on the dashboard
It's the first screen you see when you sign in. It greets you with today's date and shows your widgets below. The default ones are:
- Revenue this month and Payments this month, compared with the previous month.
- Initial setup: the steps you still need to finish setting up your account.
- My day: today's follow-ups, appointments and tasks, with overdue ones marked in red.
- Quick actions: create a payment link, a customer, an invoice or a follow-up in one click.
Customize your dashboard
-
Click “Customize”
It's at the top right, next to the “Create” button.
-
Add the widgets you use
Under “Add widgets” choose, for example, Inbox, Collection pulse, Overdue invoices, Conversion funnel, Upcoming follow-ups or Recent payments.
-
Arrange them and save
Under “Widget order” put them in the order you like and click “Save”. To go back to how it was, use “Reset to defaults”.
Note
Each team member builds their own dashboard: your changes don't affect what others see.
Create things without leaving the dashboard
-
Use the “Create” button
Open the menu and choose New customer, New link or New invoice.
-
Or use search
In the top bar, “Search or jump to…” (⌘K) takes you to a customer or to any section.
Tip
Check My day first thing in the morning: if something shows as “Overdue”, handle it before anything new.
