Reports

Describe in your own words what you want to see and Recaudo builds the table and the chart. Save it to check whenever you want.

Before you start

The Reports menu only appears for people with permission to view reports. There is no fixed list of reports: you build each one with the help of artificial intelligence.

Create a report

Start with a suggestion or type what you need.

  1. Open Reports

    In the sidebar, under Organize, go to Reports and click New report.

  2. Describe what you want to see

    Pick a suggestion such as Revenue by month, Customers with a balance or Sales funnel, or type something like “payments by gateway over the last 3 months”.

  3. Refine it

    Ask for changes in the chat: “make it a pie chart”, “only the last 7 days”, “add the salesperson’s name”. The preview shows the first rows.

  4. Save it

    When it looks the way you want, click Save.

View and export

A saved report is recalculated with the data at that moment.

  1. Open it

    In the list use the search box or the Show filter (Favorites, My reports, Shared with me).

  2. Filter

    Each report has its own filters (dates, lists) depending on how you built it. Use Refresh to get the latest data.

  3. Export

    Click Export CSV. The file is prepared in the background and appears under the downloads icon in the top bar.

  4. Edit it

    With Edit you can adjust it with artificial intelligence or change its title and chart type (bar, line, pie, donut or table only).

Share with your team

Share a report so your team doesn’t have to build it again.

  1. Share

    Inside the report click Share and choose who.

  2. Choose the permission

    Give View or Run permission. They will find it under Shared with me.

What if I want it every week?

Reports are not sent automatically. If you want to receive a report by email on a schedule, ask the AI assistant for a recurring task, for example “every Monday at 9:00 send me the week’s sales in Excel”. The assistant can also generate PDF or Excel reports, which this module does not export.

Tip

Mark the reports you check every week as favorites to find them quickly with the Show filter.
