BI connection

Connect Metabase, Looker Studio, Power BI or another reporting tool straight to your data, read-only.

Creating a connection

  1. Open the page

    Go to Settings → BI connection.

  2. Name the connection

    Under New connection enter the tool's name, for example “Finance Metabase”.

  3. Enter the IPs

    Add the IPs your tool connects from, one per line (they are in its documentation). From any other IP the connection gets in but sees no data.

  4. Save the password

    When you create it, Recaudo shows the user and password once. Copy them into your tool along with the server details.

What data you see

Customers, invoices, payments, conversations, deals and more, only from your business. No passwords or card data. Amounts are decimals and dates are in your local time.

Changing or removing access

From the list of connections you can change the IPs, generate a new password or revoke the connection. If you switch tools or someone leaves the team, revoke it.

Tip

Create one connection per tool. That way, if you have to cut one off, the others keep working.
