Data Deletion Request

You can request deletion of the personal data we hold about you, including messages and profiles received through Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp.

What data can we delete?

Upon your request we delete the following data associated with your profile:

  • Conversations and Facebook Messenger identifier (PSID)
  • Conversations and Instagram Direct identifier (IGSID)
  • Conversations and WhatsApp Business number
  • Stored name, profile picture, and contact data

How the process works

  1. Fill out the form below with your details and the platform(s) involved.
  2. You will receive an email confirmation within 48 hours.
  3. We will verify your identity and the association with the company that contacted you.
  4. Your data will be deleted from our systems within 30 calendar days.

Timelines per LFPDPPP (Mexico) and GDPR (EU). Some data may be retained due to legal or tax obligations until the corresponding statute of limitations.
