Nori + Recaudo
An ERP with collections and WhatsApp.
Nori and Recaudo, already connected.
Nori is the cloud ERP built by the Recaudo team. Once you connect them, every overdue invoice goes straight into your collections and every payment you collect over WhatsApp lands on its invoice.
Who does what
Nori
Nori runs the operation
Selling at the counter or on the route, fulfilling from the warehouse, invoicing and keeping the books.
Recaudo
Recaudo collects and talks to your customer
Payment reminders, payment links, WhatsApp and your online store.
Connected, what Recaudo collects lands on the right invoice in Nori and reaches your accounting without typing it in again.
What happens once they are connected
Collections start when the invoice is due
Overdue invoices in Nori show up in Recaudo on their own and enter your collection rules. When you record a payment, a partial payment or a cancellation in Nori, Recaudo stops chasing what's no longer owed.
You collect with a link and the payment applies itself
From an invoice or from the customer's statement, Nori creates a Recaudo payment link. When the customer pays, the payment goes into Nori applied to their invoices (in Mexico, with the stamped payment complement). Nobody has to reconcile it by hand.
Your documents go out over WhatsApp
Quotes, orders, invoices and payment receipts go out over WhatsApp with their PDF and XML, using your approved templates or your Recaudo flows. In Nori you can see whether the message was delivered and read.
The store sells what you actually have
Nori sends your Recaudo store the prices and available stock, minus what's already committed to orders, from the warehouses you choose for the store. Every order paid in the store reaches Nori with its customer and payment, ready to invoice.
The same customer on both sides
Every customer in Nori also exists in Recaudo with the same details, so the collection history and the conversations belong to the same account.

Already on SAP Business One, NetSuite or Microsip?
You don't have to switch ERPs. Nori connects to all three and can act as your register, your route and your warehouse while the ERP keeps the books. That also saves you ERP licenses for your counter and route staff.
Why have them together
- The money you collect lands on the invoice without typing it in twice.
- Nobody exports lists of overdue customers: collections start when the invoice comes due.
- Your customer gets invoices and payment links on WhatsApp, which is where they reply.
- For the ERP, collections and WhatsApp you deal with a single support team.
How you buy it
They're two products and each one is purchased separately. Nori is a perpetual license per user plus 18% annual maintenance; Recaudo is a monthly plan. You connect them from Nori, under Integrations › Recaudo, with your Recaudo account: a few clicks and no code.
