Getting started
API reference
The Recaudo API is REST, takes and returns JSON and uses your secret key as a Bearer token. All amounts are decimals (100.00 = $100).
The API connects your system (ERP, store, CRM) to Recaudo: create customers, send payment links and receive every payment with webhooks.

Your first call
-
Create an API key
In Recaudo go to Settings → API and generate a secret key. Keep it on your server; never in a browser or an app.
-
Create a payment link
Send the key as a Bearer token. The response includes a link ready to share on WhatsApp.
curl https://recaudo.app/api/v1/payment-links \ -H "Authorization: Bearer sk_live_..." \ -H "Content-Type: application/json" \ -d '{"amount": 499.00, "description": "Plan mensual"}'const res = await fetch('https://recaudo.app/api/v1/payment-links', { method: 'POST', headers: { Authorization: 'Bearer sk_live_...', 'Content-Type': 'application/json' }, body: JSON.stringify({ amount: 499.00, description: 'Plan mensual' }), }); const { data } = await res.json();$res = Http::withToken('sk_live_...') ->post('https://recaudo.app/api/v1/payment-links', [ 'amount' => 499.00, 'description' => 'Plan mensual', ]); -
Listen for the payment
Register a webhook to know as soon as the customer pays and mark it in your system.
Tip
All amounts are decimals: 100.00 is $100, not cents.Resources
