It keeps working when you step away
It checks your account at the time you set, and when something can only be done on the web, it does it in front of you.
Scheduled tasks
A summary every morning, overdue payments on weekdays, conversations waiting hours for a reply. It lets you know the result and, unless you allowed it to make changes, leaves proposals for you to approve.
Recaudo web inside the app
For things without a shortcut, like arranging your team into groups or checking a settings screen, it opens Recaudo next to the chat with your session. You see every click, and anything that saves or deletes asks first.
You decide what it touches
The assistant proposes. Nothing changes in Recaudo or in your files until you approve it.
- It signs in as you: it only sees and changes what your role allows.
- Every change asks for approval. You can approve once, or tell it to stop asking for that kind of action.
- It only opens the folders you give it.
- Databases are queried read only.
- Your database passwords stay encrypted on your computer.
- Scheduled tasks only review, unless you allow them to make changes.
