Profile

Keep your contact details up to date and change your password.

Update your details

  1. Open your profile

    Click your name at the top right and choose My Profile.

  2. Edit your details

    You can change your name, phone, address, city, state and postal code.

  3. Save

    Click Save Changes.

Note

Your email cannot be changed from the portal because the business uses it to identify you. If it has changed, ask the business to update it.

Change your password

  1. Enter your current password

    Under Change Password, type the one you use today.

  2. Enter the new one

    At least 6 characters. Type it twice to confirm it.

  3. Save

    Click Change Password.

Your account information

Under Account Information you see how long you have been a customer, your last sign-in, how many times you have used the portal and whether your email is verified.

Tip

Keeping your phone number up to date helps the business reach you about your payments.
