Invoices

Check your invoices, their payment plan and how much is left to pay on each one.

See your invoices

  1. Open My Invoices

    In the top menu, click My Invoices.

  2. Filter

    Use All, Pending or Paid to see only what you need.

  3. Read the status

    Each invoice shows whether it is Paid, has a Partial Payment, is Pending, Overdue or Canceled, plus its issue date, due date and what is still pending.

  1. Open the invoice

    Click the invoice to see its items, subtotal, tax and total.

  2. Review the payment plan

    Under Payment Plan you see each installment with its due date, principal, late fee, amount left to pay and status.

  3. Review your payments

    Under Payments Made you see which payments were applied to that invoice.

  4. Pay if you need to

    If it has a balance, click Pay Now and follow the payment steps.

Note

If you bought something on layaway, the invoice has a Layaway label and its details show every deposit you have made.

Note

The portal does not issue tax invoices. If you need one, ask the business directly.

Tip

Once you pay off the late fees on an installment, the interest counter for that installment starts over. Catching up early saves you money.

Next steps

Home: your account summary Home shows at a glance how much you owe, what is overdue, what is coming up and your latest payments. Payment history My Payments lists every payment you have made, with its status and receipt.
