Pay online

1. Choose what to pay

   From Home, click Pay everything or Choose what to pay.

2. Continue to payment

   Check the total and click Continue to Payment.

3. Pay on the secure page

   The business's payment page opens with the payment options it accepts. Enter your details and confirm.

Pay in cash

1. Find the cash card

   If the business offers it, you will see Cash payment on Home.

2. Generate your slip

   Click Pay in cash to generate a slip for your next installment and pay it at convenience stores or BBVA.

3. Or ask for a fixed reference

   If the business allows it, I want a fixed reference gives you a reference you can always use. You can see it again with View my reference.

Set up direct debit

1. Open direct debit

   If the business offers it, you will see Direct debit payments on Home. Click Set up direct debit.

2. Complete the setup

   Enter your CLABE (the account must be in your name), upload your ID, read the mandate, verify your phone with the code you get on WhatsApp and sign. You only do this once.

3. Forget about due dates

   Your payments are charged automatically on the agreed date, and you are notified before each charge.

4. Review or cancel

   In View direct debit you can Download signed mandate, see your charges or Cancel direct debit.
