Introducción

Getting started with your store

Turn on your online store, publish your first products and share the link with your customers.

Before you start

For customers to pay online when they check out, first connect a payment gateway in Settings → Gateways.

Turn on the store

  1. Open the store settings

    In the sidebar, under Sell, go to Online store → Settings.

  2. Switch the store on

    Turn on Activate online store. While it is off, nobody can see it.

  3. Add a name and logo

    Under General, enter the store name, a short description and upload your logo.

  4. Save your changes

    Click Save settings. Your store address appears at the top (for example, recaudo.app/store/your-business) along with the View store button.

Add your first products

  1. Go to Products

    Under Collect in the sidebar, open Sales → Products and click New Product.

  2. Fill in the basics

    A name, a price and a photo are enough to get started. Leave the status as Active.

  3. Repeat for the rest

    Only products with the Active status show up in the store.

Share your store

Copy your store address and share it on WhatsApp, on social media or in your bio. Each category also has its own page that you can share on its own.

Tip

Before you announce it, place a test order. That way you see exactly what your customer sees in the cart, coupons and checkout.
