Products
Add what you sell with price, photos and inventory. The same product works in your store, in payment links and on WhatsApp.
Create a product
-
Open Products
In the sidebar, go to Sales → Products and click New Product. -
Enter the basic details
Name, category, SKU (optional), Short description and Full description. Your artificial intelligence agent also uses the short description to talk about the product. -
Upload photos
One Main product image (PNG, JPG or WebP up to 2 MB) and, if you like, up to 10 more images in the Image gallery. -
Set the prices
Price is what the customer pays. Compare-at price is shown crossed out to highlight a deal. Cost is for you only; customers never see it. -
Choose the status and save
Leave the product as Active to sell it, mark it as a Featured product if you want it to stand out, and click Create Product.
Track inventory
-
Turn on tracking
When you create or edit the product, check Track inventory. -
Enter your stock
Type the Stock quantity and the number at which you want a Low stock alert. -
Let it update itself
Every sale reduces the stock. When it reaches zero, the product shows as Sold out. If you cancel an order, the stock comes back.
Digital products, pack sizes and boxes
- Digital product (no shipping required): check it and paste the file URL; that is the download link for the buyer. Physical products can have a weight and dimensions.
- Variants (Box vs Unit): sell the same product as a Unit, a Box of 6 or a Box of 12, each with its own price. A box deducts as many units from stock as it contains.
- Bundle (Custom box): the customer builds a box by picking a set number of products from your catalog, such as a gift mix.
Note
The Catalog column and the Sync catalog button send your products to your WhatsApp catalog. They only work if your WhatsApp Business account has a catalog connected.
Tip
Use the Draft status while you get photos and prices ready. The product does not appear in the store until you switch it to Active.
