Shipping

Set how much you charge for shipping and which policies customers see before they pay.

Choose how you charge for shipping

  1. Open the Shipping section

    Go to Online store → Settings and scroll down to Shipping.

  2. Pick the shipping mode

    No shipping (pickup or digital only), Free shipping, Flat rate or By total range.

  3. Enter the amounts

    With a flat rate you enter a single cost. By total range, use Add range to set from, to and the shipping cost; leave the last “to” empty so it has no limit.

  4. Offer free shipping (optional)

    In Free shipping starting at, enter an amount: if the subtotal goes over it, shipping is free.

  5. Save

    Click Save settings.

Ask for an address or not

With Require shipping address on, customers enter their address at checkout. Turn it off if you only sell digital products or offer in-store pickup. Products marked as digital do not need shipping.

Policies and taxes

Under Policies, write your shipping policy, your return policy and your terms and conditions. In Tax notice at checkout you can add a line such as “Prices include VAT”, which appears below the total at checkout.

Tip

If you offer free shipping above a certain amount, announce it in the store announcement bar so customers see it as soon as they arrive.
