Important: This is the fee Recaudo charges for using the platform. Your payment processor (Stripe, Conekta, OpenPay, Mercado Pago, etc.) charges its own additional fee independently. You connect your account directly with the processor and their rates depend on your agreement with them.

When is the fee charged?
The fee is automatically deducted from each successful transaction. There are no charges for failed transactions, refunds, or chargebacks.
How is my tier determined?
Your tier is assigned automatically based on monthly successful transaction volume. Starter up to $50K/month, Growth/Business up to $500K/month, and Enterprise for over $500K/month.
Is the fee on top of the payment processor's fee?
Yes. Recaudo charges its own platform-use fee. Processor fees (Stripe, Conekta, OpenPay, etc.) are charged separately and directly by them. You connect your own processor account.
Can I negotiate a custom rate?
If you handle high volume, contact us at ventas@recaudo.app to negotiate a custom Enterprise rate.
