Risk and delinquency brackets

Classifies the overdue portfolio: each customer with an overdue balance gets a risk score from 0 to 100 (higher = harder to recover) and falls into a delinquency bracket based on their behavior. Each bracket comes with a preloaded playbook: objective, tone, steps by day and channel, offer, what to avoid, how to measure it and a base message.
